Prices

The prices are valid until 30th April 2010 and include VAT at 17.5%. Please adjust should this rate change.

When to expect despatch

Bare root roses can be planted at any time between October and April, providing weather conditions are right (not too frosty or too wet). Orders received during the summer and autumn will be despatched during November. Orders received after November will be despatched within a few days of receipt (weather permitting). Despatch can be arranged for a specific date. 

Potted roses are available for planting from April to September - most varieties are available and are despatched by "next-day" courier service so they will arrive safely and without delay. Potted roses are priced differently to take into acount the cost of potting and the additional cost of delivery.

Guarantee

We assure all our customer that our roses are healthy and true to name on leaving the nursery. We undertake to replace all rose trees purchased (except standards) which fail to grow after planting, providing:

• We are notified before 1st July the season after planting.
• That the full planting instructions have been followed.
• That the plants have not been subject to abnormal weather conditions or other factors which are beyond our control.
• In the event of a rose failing to grow we offer replacements in the autumn. We regret we are unable to provide refunds.

Please note we are unable to replace standard roses due to them being more vulnerable to them being more vulnerable to extremes of weather.

Terms - Payment with Order

Our terms are payment with order - unless arranged otherwise. Please make cheques payable to Fryer’s Nurseries Ltd.
We accept credit card payment by MasterCard, Visa and Switch and by Sage Pay on internet orders. Normal terms of business apply, whereby your account will be debited at the time the order is placed.

Gift vouchers

Fryers Gift Vouchers and HTA National Gift Tokens are accepted in payment for any of our mail order services for postal or telephone orders, these must be sent with the order. Fryers Gift Vouchers and HTA National Gift Tokens can also be redeemed at our Garden Centre in Knutsford. 

Garden Centre Prices

Please note that prices of products, plants and roses found in our Garden Centre may occassionally differ from prices of similar items found on the website.

Accuracy of Information

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of our photographs and the information supplied, it is based on our own findings, therefore allowances should be made to take account of growing conditions and natural variations.
